Once upon a time, in the heart of Nigeria, a movement called WahalaSpace was born. It started as a simple idea on Twitter, connecting Nigerians abroad who yearned to make a positive impact in their homeland. With hearts full of love and a burning desire to bring joy to the faces of children in Nigerian slums, WahalaSpace embarked on a remarkable journey.

Through the power of #WahalaSpaceOnTheStreet, the movement flourished and grew, becoming a beacon of hope for those who had lost all hope. The first edition touched the lives of countless children in Makoko, reminding them that they were seen, valued, and loved. The second edition extended its reach to Idi-agbon, spreading laughter and warmth to little hearts that had known too much sorrow.

But it was the third edition, my dear friend, that truly captured the essence of WahalaSpace’s mission. In the vibrant streets of Idi-Araba, we witnessed the transformative power of unity and compassion. We fed, we danced, and we played with over 300 beautiful souls, each one a shining star in their own right. Their smiles, their laughter, their dreams – they became the fuel that propels us forward.

And now, we stand at a pivotal moment in our journey. We have set our sights on a grand vision – to reach four states in Nigeria in 2024 alone. Imagine the impact we can create, the lives we can touch, and the dreams we can ignite. But we cannot do it alone.
