Hi,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out with a heavy heart to share a challenging situation that my family is facing. My name is uche Vincent I’m of age 17 , and my dad, Vincent chukwudi okoro,who is currently battling kidney problems and urgently needs dialysis treatment while we work towards a life-saving transplant.

The family has done all it can to collect the total amount required for the treatment but  more is required to cater for all the medical expenses.
