I am raising N15M to bridge the final financial gap for my 3-year PhD in Educational Studies, specializing in Higher Education. For me, this research is far more than an academic pursuit; it is a mission to address the systemic challenges facing our universities today. I believe that by investigating how we can better support students and modernize institutional structures, we can ensure that higher education remains a powerful engine for success and social mobility. I have done everything within my power to prepare for this journey. I have successfully secured a place at a world-class institution, found a supervisor who believes in my vision, and navigated the complex process of obtaining my study permit. To prove my commitment, I have personally saved $6,500—every penny I could set aside to fund this dream. However, a sudden and unexpected rejection of my primary funding application has left me at a crossroads. I have the map, the legal permits, and the academic green light, but I am missing the final funds required to cover my first-year tuition and initial research costs. This campaign is specifically for that “last mile.” Your support will cover the remaining fees, allowing me to finally step into the classroom and begin the work I am meant to do.
