My name is Isaac Aranonu. I’m 19 years old, and all I’ve ever wanted was a chance to build a better life through education. I worked hard, saved every naira I could, and was finally getting close to starting my master’s program. But everything changed when I was scammed. I lost all my savings — money I had been putting aside for years — in just one moment.

It broke me. That money wasn’t just cash; it was my future, my dream, my hope. Now I wake up each day feeling like I’ve failed, even though I did everything right. It’s hard to explain how painful it is watching your dream slip away and feeling powerless to stop it.
