Early last month I and my wife discovered our daughter was running temperature and having difficulty in breathing, when we took her to the hospital the pediatric doctor saw her hands and her feet and he told us her hands, feet are bluish and her lips are dark it shows she’s having a problem in her heart then he booked us for a X ray and Echocardialogy test, after a week we returned back to the hospital for the test, the Echocardialogy test showed she is having tetralogy and pentalogy of fallot please we pleading for help because we don’t have the means to pay for the surgery.We are raising funds because we do not have the means to pay for the surgery, it involves highly complex, resource-intensive procedures that demand specialized infrastructure, advanced technology, and a massive team of trained professionals to carry out the surgery, In Nigeria the direct out of pocket cost of open heart surgery ranges between N2,500,000 and N9,000,000, which is devastating for people like us that’s the reason I’m I’m raising this funds so that my daughter will not die, there are a limited number of cardiothoracic surgeons in Nigeria, the high demand and specialized skill set required make the procedure a premium service reason people like myself can’t afford it without soliciting for funds.
