Campaign Story

My name is Agribe Emmanuel Ikuomta, I am a graduate with a background in biomedical research. During my undergraduate studies, I conducted a research project focused on venom from the black-necked spitting cobra (Naja nigricollis), specifically; “Isolation, Partial Purification and Antibody Production against Metolloproteinase from naja nigricollis”. This work laid the foundation for developing targeted antivenom therapies that could improve treatment outcomes and reduce fatalities.
