Northern Nigeria has faced years of challenges—conflict, social vices, and divisions that have weakened communities and left many young people vulnerable. Yet, we believe peace is possible when communities unite, youth are empowered, and leaders work hand‑in‑hand with citizens.

The Africa Peace Reform Initiative (APRI), through the 2026 Northern Nigeria Peace Campaign, is mobilizing across 19 states and Abuja to promote dialogue, resilience, and hope. We are engaging traditional institutions, religious leaders, security agencies, and civil society to build trust and prevent violence.

This campaign is not just about raising awareness—it’s about creating real opportunities for youth and women, strengthening communities, and ensuring that peace becomes the foundation for development.
