SAMMO TTW MUSIC MARKETING SPONSORSHIP PITCH
1.0 INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this document is to propose an opportunity for the reader(Independent investor, angel
investor, goodwill donors, venture capital firms) to invest in the entertainment business via an upcoming
EP project by our artist. We have an absolutely beautiful body of musical work from our artist,
SammoTTW – with tremendous upside commercial potential. His music is not only an art form, but a
long-term intellectual property asset — one that would compound in value through streaming,
performance, licensing, and brand alignment.
This is not a speculative passion project, but a digital asset with structured music investment plan,
designed to generate long-term streaming royalties, brand leverage, and scalable audience growth. The
target is to raise $20,000 (₦28,000,000) in exchange for agreed investment terms tied to the project’s
revenue performance.
The EP will be distributed across global digital paying streaming platforms (like Apple Music, Spotify,
Deezer, Youtube, and so on) and will be strategically marketed, with a clear plan for profit generation and
fanbase expansion within Nigeria and internationally. This pitch outlines the artistic value and execution
plan behind the project.
2.0 ABOUT THE ARTIST (SammoTTW)
Sammo is a recording and performing artist, producer, instrumentalist whose sounds have a high
conversion potential as demonstrated on his existing online catalog that has generated over 700k
streams to his name. His name is not yet everywhere because of course, every great product needs great
marketing, and great marketing is capital intensive. Being an independent artist who’s not signed to any
label yet, there’s an open opportunity for investors to buy a share of the revenue accrued from his music
His instagram handle is @SammoTTW and Twitter @SammoTTW for your reference.
Our artist is a recording artist with a growing presence starting from within the University of Lagos
(UNILAG) ecosystem and beyond. Over time, he has built a steadily expanding listener base through
consistent music releases(Like MADSounds the EP, OnThe Low, Amaka etc…), live performances, and
digital engagement.
2.1 Some of the leverages Sammo possess in the music industry are;
– Sammo is a music artist grounded in the knowledge of music even theoretically as he has been plaing
the keyboard professionally for over a decade, and he has profound music production skills.
– An artist whose sound is authentic to the core and sounds like no other, eliminating competition
drastically with his excellence and uniqeness.
– An artist who has been actively in the music industry for almost a decade and has been actively singing
for 4 years.
– Networking skills as he’s had the opportunity to form relationships with many industry veterans he can
work and collaborate with.
His artistry is best described as Afrofusion and Afrobeat sounds with strong storytelling, creating music
that is both culturally resonant and globally accessible
We are intentional about rollout strategy, fanbase building, and monetization, ensuring that each project
compounds sustained growth rather than one-off visibility.
This EP project is positioned to scale his music career from emerging traction to a more commercially
positioned phase, and how we intend to do that will be made clearer in the following paragraphs.
3.0 BREAKDOWN OF MARKETING PLAN AND PARTNERSHIPS.
We, the management team would be partnering with reputable music marketing agencies in Nigeria,
that have a robust portfolio and have been instrumental to the tremendous success and virality of
current music sensations. Because our marketing is revenue focused, we are focusing on platforms that
are paying to ensure that investment is recoupable. For the purpose of this campaign, we are focusing on
Apple music, Spotify, and Tiktok – not neglecting other platforms as they will be supplemantary.
3.1 CIDAR AFRICA:
CIDAR Africa is a reputable music marketing firm responsible for the marketing and virality of artists like
Fido (Joy is Coming), Ayo Maff, Wizard Chan, Shoday, Kunmi (Arike), and so on… Their instagram profile
is @cidar.africa and their website is www.cidar.uk for your reference.
The picture above, from enquiries made from their instagram page shows what a 2 million naira budget
can get us with Cidar Africa. The deliverables will be:
– 1 week of snapchat ads
– Spotify curated playlists
– Tiktok User Generated Content(500 videos)
We intend to purchase four units of this package with Cidar Africa.
COST AND ROI BREAKDOWN:
Below is a google research on projected revenue on tiktok UGC using our Sammo’s sound.
We see from this that a meagre $30 from tiktok will not cover for our expenses in that direction.
However, this campaign is essential for virality of our music sound on social media because based on
TikTok’s algorithm, there’s no way we wouldn’t have a good number of viral videos using Sammo’s sound
out of a thousand UGC videos, which will in turn send good traffic to the paying platforms like Apple
music and spotify, however we don’t have reliable data on how the TikTok campaign will convert.
The same goes for snapchat ads. Campaign for this platform is non-recoupable but “Data published in
Snap’s advertising resources indicate that Snapchat had 19.6 million users in Nigeria in early 2025”. So
just like Tiktok, snapchat is a place to reach millions of Nigerian youth who are lovers of good music.
According to this data, Spotify pays an average of $0.04 per stream. We will be referencing a case study
of one of the Artist-clients at Cidar Africa, Kunmi on his viral song Arike.
According to the streaming numbers above of a modest 60.9 million strems in 8 months of release, an
estimate of over $240,000 would have been made on Arike alone. See the poential in this business?
And to be clear, Sammo has 100% rights to his music mechanical royalties for now, so there’s room to
have a share of the cake. This is an opportunity to acquire passive income for life on a sustainable digital
asset like music.
3.2 SZN AFRICA
SZN Africa is a registered and reputable music marketing agency that has credibility and great media
reputation. Their website is www.sznafrica.cc and they are responsible for several notable artists. Below
is their instagram page and the plan we opted for as shown on their website.
For the purpose of this campaign, we look to purchase 6 units of this campain deliverables.
A unit of this campaign promises streaming royalties between 191,880 naira and 511,920 naira. The
average of these two values is at a modest 351,900 naira/month. In six months, we’ll be looking at
2,111,400 million naira. For 6 units, we’ll have 12,668,400 naira – which is just a break even into profit
from a 11.4million naira purchase cost. We should also note that the nature of virality has a
compounding effect, so this is an estimate for worst case scenariaos all things being equal.
4.0 SO WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
We offer our investor a profit split of 20% royalties after expenses have been deducted from gross profit.
Definition of expenses here is:
– Cost of production of music
– Cost of Music Distribution
– Cost of creating marketing content
– Cost of marketing itself.
For example: Using the above scenario witrh SZN Africa as a case study
Cost of music production plus mixing and mastering: 400,000 naira
Cost of music Distribution – $50 or 70,000 naira
Cost of creating visual marketing contents, photoshoot and cover arts – 450,000 naira est
Cost of marketing plan (Paid back to investor) – 11.4 million naira
Total expenses = 12,320,000 Naira.
Net profit after 6th month = 12,668,400 – 12,320,000 = 348,400
Net profit By the 7th month = ₦2,111,400
20% Investor split = ₦422,280….
And this continues for life as long as the song is still earning streaming royalties and streaming platforms
exist.
KINDLY NOTE: The figures used for the analysis below are hypothetical values, not an actual
representation of the incoming project. We look to achieve more success in the real scenario.
4.1 HOW DO I GET MY ROYALTY SPLITS?
All royalty earnings generated from the EP will be transparently tracked through official digital
distribution and royalty reporting platforms (such as Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists, YouTube
Studio, and distributor dashboards).
Investors will receive:
– Periodic performance reports showing streaming numbers and revenue
– Clear breakdowns of gross revenue, expenses, and net profit
– Royalty disbursements based on the agreed profit split structure
Royalty payments to investors will be made at agreed intervals (monthly or quarterly), depending on
cash flow and platform payout schedules. This ensures clarity, accountability, and ease of tracking for all
parties involved.
4.2 TRANSPARENCY, REPORTING & ACCOUNTABILITY
Transparency is a core principle of this investment structure.
To ensure trust and confidence:
– All major expenses related to production, marketing, and distribution will be documented
– Streaming performance metrics will be shared with investors
– Investors will have visibility into how capital is deployed and how revenue is generated
The objective is to treat this EP as a business asset, not an informal arrangement.
4.3 INVESTMENT SECURITY & RISK CONSIDERATIONS
As with all entertainment and digital asset investments, music investments carry inherent risks. Factors
like market trends or government policy may affect revenue outcomes.
However, risk is mitigated through:
– Strategic partnerships with reputable marketing agencies
– Focus on paid streaming platforms with proven revenue models
– An artist with existing traction and proven streaming history
– Long-term monetization rather than one-time release dependency
Music intellectual property, once successful, continues to generate revenue indefinitely, making it a longterm passive income asset rather than a short-lived return vehicle.
4.4 WHY THIS IS A TIMELY OPPORTUNITY
This project presents an opportunity to invest:
– Before major label involvement
– Before large-scale valuation inflation
– At an early but commercially prepared stage of the artist’s career
Early-stage music investments historically offer higher upside when an artist successfully scales, as
revenue participation is secured before mainstream expansion.
5.0 SUMMARY & CLOSING
By investing in this project, investors are not merely sponsoring music — they are acquiring exposure to
a scalable digital asset with compounding revenue potential.
We welcome further discussions to clarify terms, provide additional projections, and align expectations
in a mutually beneficial manner.
