My name is Hon Terna Sabastine, an indigene of Benue State and a graduate of Urban and Regional Planning from Benue State University, where I earned a Second-Class Upper Division in the 2022/2023 academic session. I am writing to humbly seek your kind assistance in attending the upcoming Best Diplomats Conference scheduled to hold in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in April 2025.
