My name is Tobi, and I am writing this in desperation.
My younger sister is in the hospital right now. What started as stomach pain has become something far worse — her appendix ruptured.
The doctors said if we don’t act fast, she may not survive. The infection is spreading inside her, and she needs emergency surgery immediately.
The total hospital bill is more than ₦100,000, but the doctors have agreed to start treatment if we can deposit ₦100,000.
We’ve done all we can. We sold our mattress, pots, even my mother’s last church wrapper. So far, we’ve only raised ₦19,000.
