Pls I need assistance to take care of my younger brother that was diagnosed of hydronephrosis few days ago,he is complaining of stomach pain by the right side…the result is attached…we need help to cater for the treatment,we were told to do necessary treatment before it gets out of hand…..pls save a soul….,but the health is the month important….am the bread winner of the family,but I lost my shop last year and Ve been jobless since then….pls help me,am dying of depression…
