Campaign Story

Dear Reader,

I’m Henry Agu, an ardent teenager who is passionate about caring and helping those in need, giving so much of myself to people in need of me and my help. It is my undying dream to become a nurse, as I am willing to sacrifice my all to see people smile, healthy, and happy.

Unfortunately, the situation of the educational sector of Nigeria is getting worse by the day. The incessant strike actions by ASUU, makes it almost impossible for me to achieve my goals (even as I write this, they are on strike!). It is so sad! Most of the time, when I have everything all figured out, and about to execute my plans, the dwindling situation of the country puts me in a chokehold.

I know I am still very untapped, I have so much potential yet to unleash, and I need a very good environment to be educated in. The United Kingdom is my choice, but before I can talk of studying in the UK, I need to take the IELTS examination.

This is the main reason I want to raise funds. I, as a student, don’t have any means of income. My parents are civil servants who have been paid meagre amounts since the outbreak of COVID-19. It has been really tough just being alive for us. I appeal to anyone reading this to please help me. Any amount contributed will really go a long way for me. My family and I have really been suffering. We need your help, I need your help, pleasee! May God bless you as you help a low class citizen.
