There is approximately 20 million Nigerian individuals of its approximately 200 million population are not enrolled in school. This amounts to 20 percent of Nigeria’s entire population and is more than the overall population of various countries in Africa. In every corner of Nigeria, there are children whose laughter should be echoing in classrooms, whose eager minds should be soaking up knowledge, and whose health should be protected with every resource available. Yet, tragically, these children are denied their fundamental rights to education and healthcare.

As you read these words, countless young hearts across all states of Nigeria are missing out on the chance to learn, to grow, and to dream. They wander the streets instead of sitting in classrooms, their futures uncertain, their potential untapped.
