Hello, my name is Jonathan. I’m a second year student in the Nigerian university.

It has been a tough journey so far, but things have become increasingly difficult for my family and me as time goes by.

Right now, my family is going through a very dark phase. My father’s salary is no longer enough to support the seven of us. We often struggle to afford even two meals a day, and when we do, it’s barely enough to satisfy our hunger.

The situation has become so dire that I fear I may have to drop out of school. Inflation and the rising cost of living in my country have worsened everything. My father earns the equivalent of about 200,000 naira per month, which is far too little to sustain a family of our size. In desperation, my parents have sold off most of our belongings, including our beds and furniture, just to survive.

To keep us going, my father has taken out multiple loans, both for my education and for our daily feeding. Now, after debt repayments, he is left with barely 70,000 naira each month, which is nowhere near enough to support a family.

That’s why I’m humbly reaching out for help. Any amount you can offer would mean the world to us, it could save us from starvation and prevent me from dropping out of school.

We are seeking to raise 5,000,000 naira. With this amount, we will be able to: Pay for my school fees and living expenses for 300 level, Clear a good portion of the debts weighing down my father, And invest in a small family business to create a sustainable source of income.

This support could be the beginning of a new chapter for us, one filled with hope, dignity, and the chance to survive without constant fear.
