My name is Omolola and I am reaching out to you with a heartfelt plea for help. My dad, Olusegun Efuwape is in urgent need of a kidney transplant. He has been battling Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) for over two years, and despite his incredible strength and resilience, his condition has now reached a critical point.

The cost of the transplant surgery, along with the post-operative care and medications, is overwhelming for our family. As we have exhausted our funds and savings on Dialysis three times every week since his diagnosis two years ago. We are doing everything we can, but we cannot do it alone.
