My name is Dennis Otu, and I am currently battling Cirrhosis, a serious liver disease that has drastically affected my health and daily life. Over the past months, I have endured constant pain, weakness, hospital visits, numerous medical tests, medications, and treatments. What started as health concerns has now become a life-threatening condition that requires ongoing medical care and specialized treatment. The financial burden has become overwhelming for me and my family. Between hospital bills, medications, laboratory tests, consultations, and the treatment needed to manage my condition, the costs continue to rise beyond what we can afford. Today, I am reaching out to friends, family, and kind-hearted individuals for support.
