My brother is suffering from kidney disease and needs help to treat it. My dad is dead and my mom is not working we are trying treat him but we don’t have money for the surgery. Please help us. The doctor said he need the surgery quickly to avoid further damage. We don’t have enough money to pay for it that’s why we are begging for help from people.
