One day I realised I couldn’t digest must of the food I eat , I couldn’t digest dairy,I became lactose intolerant suddenly, when ever I used the bathroom I couldn’t pass out feaces I spent hours in the bathroom and I ended up having anal fissure with a lot of pain ,I was scared of eating because I knew I will be in pain if I had to use the bathroom eventually and slowly I fell into depression and also lost major weight. I couldn’t tell my parents because medical bills are expensive and they don’t have the money..I really need your help I can’t bear this pain any longer
