Campaign Story

Hello, my name is Olaleke Sultan Bamidele, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart and sincere humility.

Earlier this year, my dad generously gave me half of my tuition fee. I didn’t want to burden him with the rest, knowing how hard he works to support our family. Hoping to handle the other half on my own, I turned to stock trading in an attempt to grow the money quickly. Unfortunately, things didn’t go as planned—I made poor investment decisions and lost about 75% of the money.

It was a painful lesson, and I take full responsibility for my actions. I know I brought this situation upon myself, and it’s been a tough experience to face. Now, with tuition deadlines approaching, I’m at risk of losing my place at Ladoke Akintola University, where I study in the Faculty of Science.

That’s why I’m here—humbly asking for your support. I’ve learned from this mistake, and I’m determined to do better moving forward. If you can help in any way, whether through a donation or simply by sharing this message, it would mean the world to me.
