Background
After finishing secondary school in 2017, my parents were unable to provide me with a laptop to further my studies and develop my skills. Determined to progress, I made do with a mobile phone and pursued software development, teaching myself through online resources. Unfortunately, both of my parents have passed away, leaving me to navigate life on my own.
After years of perseverance, I was finally able to purchase a laptop in 2024—something I had long anticipated as a tool to expand my skills and professional opportunities. With this, I fully immersed myself in learning, setting up management systems for school labs and working on software development projects. However, due to poor compensation for my work, I struggled to earn enough to sustain myself.

To acquire the laptop, I had taken a small loan of ₦15,000 to add up, confident in my ability to repay it. However, inconsistent income forced me into a cycle of borrowing from loan apps to meet deadlines. Over time, this debt grew into a much larger sum of ₦450,000, making it nearly impossible to regain control of my finances.
Current Challenges
1.Debt Burden: My outstanding loans have become overwhelming, preventing me from focusing on my work and self-improvement.
2.Lack of Stable Income: While I have a strong foundation in teaching, I have been unable to generate steady income from it due to poor payments and the mental distress caused by debt.
3.Loss of Focus: The financial strain has made it difficult for me to concentrate on learning, and growing. I feel lost and unable to move forward effectively.

To regain stability and rebuild my future, I have identified the following steps:
1.Sell My Laptop: While this is a painful decision, I am willing to sell my laptop to reduce part of my debt. However, this alone will not be enough to fully clear my obligations.
