Campaign Story
Hello, my name is Asuku Jacob Okatengwu, and I’m from Nasarawa State, Nigeria. I’m a passionate entrepreneur with experience in IT, renewable energy, and administration. I’ve registered my agribusiness, AgriVault, with SMEDAN, and now I’m seeking help to bring it to life.
Every year in my community, farmers harvest melon (egusi) and guinea corn (genin corn), but due to poor storage and low access to market information, they lose money. Prices are low during harvest but double within a few months. With the right storage and timing, we can reduce food waste, help farmers earn better, and create a profitable business.
AgriVault’s plan is simple but effective:
Buy egusi and corn during harvest
Store them safely in a rented warehouse
Sell during off-season when prices rise
This is where I need your help. I’m seeking ₦5,000,000 to fund the first cycle of this project:
₦3,000,000 – For buying the produce
₦800,000 – Storage rent and setup
₦900,000 – Logistics and packaging
₦300,000 – For labor and miscellaneous expenses
We expect at least 50%–60% return within 3–5 months.
I am asking for your kind support whether it’s ₦1,000, ₦5,000, or ₦50,000 every contribution brings me closer to launching AgriVault. If you believe in food security, local empowerment, or supporting young entrepreneurs, please donate and share this campaign.
Thank you, and may God bless you.
