Hello everyone, my name is Ugochukwu Onyeama, and I’m reaching out to you today with a heartfelt request for help. My sister Justina has been battling with asthma and recently she was diagnosed with Rheumatic heart disease and Rheumatoid Arthritis. These diagnoses have not only changed her life in ways she never expected but have also brought unexpected medical costs that we can no longer manage alone.

she hasn’t been able to function properly as the rheumatoid arthritis has made walking difficult for her and has caused unbearable pain in her joints.

Due to her conditions, she has had to undergo several medical tests, with the most urgent ones costing about 300,000 Naira. Additionally, she still has follow-up appointments and more tests ahead, including visits to an ophthalmologist for further care related to her condition. These bills are piling up, and it’s become overwhelming to keep up with the costs.

The total amount needed to cover her medical expenses — including tests, checkups, medications, and future appointments — is around 700,000 Naira. This amount will help her continue receiving the necessary treatment and manage her conditions properly.

I’m turning to this platform to ask for your help in raising the funds we need. Any amount, no matter how small, will go directly toward paying for these medical expenses. Your support means the world to us, and it will make an incredible difference in my ability to manage her health.
