Hello, my name is Juliet, and I am an aspiring international student applying for a Provincial Government Scholarship to study in China.

I have identified two public universities, Hubei University and Xinjiang University, whose programs align with my academic goals. The scholarship covers tuition and accommodation, but applicants must first pay several mandatory processing costs before submission.

These costs include notarization of documents, medical examinations, police clearance, passport processing, and transcript preparation. Unfortunately, my family is currently unable to support these expenses, as my mother, who is a single parent is financially responsible for my younger siblings.

The application deadline is June 30, and missing it would mean losing a life-changing opportunity.

I am humbly asking for support to help me complete this application and take the first step toward my education and future.
