Help Me Bring My Parents to the City for Urgent Medical Care
Hello everyone,
My name is Blessing Agada, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your help. Since 2017, my mother has been battling the effects of a stroke that left her physically weakened and dependent on others for daily activities. Due to financial hardship, she has never received the proper treatment or rehabilitation she truly needs. Her condition has worsened over the years, and it pains me deeply to watch her live in such discomfort. Now, my father is also in critical condition. He has been suffering from glaucoma and cataracts for some time, and sadly, he is now completely blind. With both parents unwell and living in the village without access to proper medical care or support, every day is a struggle for them — and for me, emotionally and mentally. I want nothing more than to bring them to the city where they can receive the urgent medical attention, specialist care, and rehabilitation they desperately need. But as much as I desire to do this, I simply can’t afford the costs on my own. This is why I am starting this fundraiser. I’m humbly asking for your support to help raise 2 million naira. The funds will be used for: * Transportation to bring them safely to the city (Lagos) * Hospital consultations and tests * Stroke rehabilitation therapy for my mom * Eye surgery and medications for my dad * Basic caregiving support and living needs Every donation, no matter the size, brings us one step closer to restoring their health and giving them a better quality of life. If you are unable to donate at this time, please consider sharing this fundraiser with others who might be able to help. Thank you so much for reading, for caring, and for being part of this journey with me. I shall keep you updated at each step. May you be blessed for your kindness. With hope and gratitude, Blessing Agada
