I need help to solve my health issues

I was having a sharp discomfort in my vagina, the hospital that I went to said that I have to get a complete test which includes cervical cancer test treatment if they found one and the vaccine 

Please I need you people’s help because I don’t have the money to do it, please I need this to save my life
