I’m helping a friend raise funds for treatment. Clementina is a kind, resilient and industrious lady, who despite her challenges helps others as best as she can. She’s the first child in her family, with only her mum as the sole provider for the family now that she isn’t capable of assisting in the family. She has been battling health challenges for more than sixteen years now, and have not had proper treatment as she should due to financial challenges. Please I’m begging you all to help raise funds for her treatment and care, so that she can get up on her feet again, live and help others too.
