We come to you today with a heavy heart, seeking your help in saving the life of our precious daughter. As her parent, it breaks our hearts to see our little girl suffer. We have done everything in our power to provide for her and give her the best care possible, but the cost of her treatment is simply beyond our means. That is why we are reaching out to you. The funds raised will help provide Chioma Jonathan with the urgent treatment she needs to save her life. The money will cover the cost of her Cardio Vascular evaluation and open heart surgery to replace her classified conduit to prevent irreversible complications to her condition. Unfortunately, the family cannot afford the cost of the treatment and we are seeking financial assistance from friends and family to help save our daughter’s life.
