● Products: Our flagship product will be “Terraqua” mineral water, available in various sizes (e.g., 500ml, 1L, 1.5L) to cater to different needs. We may explore flavored options in the future, using natural ingredients.

Progress

I started working on my startup on the 20th of March, 2024. I have been able to carry out my feasiblity study of the market and reserved the company name H20vation Nigeria LTD with the Corporate Affairs Commission but yet to complete the registeration of the company.

Objectives/Future

In the next 12 months, we hope to build a $503,748.96 Company in H20VATION NIGERIA LTD., and a household brand trusted by fitness experts, athletes and families in need of a healthy lifestyle. Looking for $50,000 – Min per Investor $2,500

Deal

We are currently seeking to raise an early investment of (US) $50,000 for One-Third (⅓) of H20VATION LTD., company shares to develop project features and expand marketing efforts. We own the land on which the proposed plant will be built.

My investors as partners and I must agree to concentrate on creating positive cash flow before been able to draw a salary for investors in about 8 months. We can draw one sooner but we should concentrate more on reinvesting into growing the business, including hiring staff.
