HELP 6-YEAR-OLD LANCASTER GIRL BATTLING LEUKEMIA    Maria just celebrated her sixth birthday. Sadly she was diagnosed with leukemia. She is currently in the hospital for an infection.    Maria has a very rare mutation which affects less than 1% of children diagnosed with ALL. The mutation makes her treatment more challenging because it’s resistant to many typical treatments for ALL such as chemotherapy.    Maria’s medical team is collaborating with doctors from all over the world including France and China to create a treatment plan that will help her get better using medicine and therapies they have found successful for other children with the same type of leukemia and mutations as her.     She is the sweetest little girl God gave to us . Please consider helping maria get back on her feet.
