Mr Andrew Peter up until his recent diagnosis of end stage renal failure is a hardworking husband and father to 3 children. 
upon initial diagnosis for kidney failure, he started undergoing dialysis once a week. This has been going on for over a year. About 3 weeks ago, he suffered from seizures and was then diagnosed with end stage renal failure. As of now, dialysis is now twice a week to buy us a little time to raise funds for a transplant.
