Campaign Story

I am a young and ambitious individual, I had always dreamed of pursuing higher education and achieving my goals. However, life had other plans in store. My father, a hardworking and dedicated man, fell ill unexpectedly (Postrate). The illness took a toll on his health and required extensive medical treatments. As a result, the family’s financial situation became strained (Because i used most of my savings to pay for it, i work in a cyber cafe), and my dreams of continuing my education seemed to fade away. Despite the challenges, I remained determined. I understood the importance of education and the opportunities it could bring. I decided to take matters into my own hands and began exploring various options to overcome the financial obstacles. First, I researched scholarships and grants that could potentially provide financial assistance. I spent countless hours filling out applications, writing essays, and gathering recommendation letters. Although the process was time-consuming and competitive, I remained hopeful that my efforts would pay off. Additionally, I sought advice from my school counselor and financial aid office. I learned about work-study programs, part-time jobs, and other opportunities to earn money while studying. I was willing to put in the extra effort to balance work and education if it meant fulfilling my dreams. Furthermore, I reached out to my community for support. They organized fundraisers, shared my story with local organizations, and sought donations from generous individuals who believed in my potential. The community rallied behind me, recognizing my determination and the importance of education. Through perseverance and the support of my community, I managed to secure enough financial aid to continue my education and I need support to continue my education because what the community raised is not enough and most of them are backing out. Thanks
