My name is Grace, and I have a growing startup ready-to-wear fashion brand dedicated to creating stylish, easy-to-wear pieces for everyday women—outfits that make you feel confident, elegant, and effortlessly put together.

What started as a simple passion has grown into something deeply meaningful to me. Through my brand, I’ve not only been able to serve amazing clients and build genuine relationships, but I’ve also found a sense of independence and purpose. This business has given me the opportunity to earn my own income, stand on my own, and not have to depend on others. Beyond the financial aspect, it brings me a deep sense of fulfillment—knowing that what I create adds value to people’s lives.

However, I’m currently facing a major challenge that is threatening the growth and sustainability of my business.

Unstable power supply in my area has significantly slowed down my production. As a fashion brand, electricity is not a luxury—it is essential. From sewing to finishing, every stage of my work depends heavily on consistent power.

Frequent outages have led to delays, missed timelines, increased costs, and a strain on my ability to meet client expectations. Despite my best efforts to manage the situation, it has become increasingly difficult to operate efficiently.

The Solution

After exploring different options, I have found a lasting solution: installing a solar power system. This will give my business a reliable and sustainable source of electricity, allowing me to:

• Reduce operational stress and costs
• Continue to grow and serve my clients better

I have received a quotation of one million naira(₦1,000,000) for the solar installation—an investment that would completely transform my business.
