Good morning/good afternoon/good evening y’all
Please I have a foodstuffs business of my friend that I am running the shop was opened with 2.1million naira in October ending last year and the agreement is that I will balance him 4 million naira. Although there’s no specific time range for the money to be balanced.
But the problem I am having now is the location where the business is located at ikotun market Lagos state, the shop is not well positioned for that type of business and it is very tiny. So with that I now find it difficult to make sales and turn up to enable me pay my friend the money.
And we have sat down to discuss it, at least for us to get another shop but he complained to me that he does not have money again to pay for another shop since the landlord refused to pay us back the money (440k) we paid at the place.
And this business requires a grinding machine for grinding pepper, melon, ogbono and the rest but me neighbor said I can not use the machine there in front of my shop because it is affecting her (Alhaja) and we have even went to the market office because of it but due to her relevance and money they agreed and supported her at the office. Now my shop cannot contain my machine and my Market and I am now stranded and has no option.
My friend want me to start paying him as soon as possible, market is not moving due to where my shop is and if you are not grinding something you can not even make any sales.
Please I need a financial support to pay for another shop elsewhere inside the market that will be on site and can contain both my market and machine so that I can start paying my friend his money. Or assisting me to pay him while I try to get another place myself please.
