Hello everyone, I am Mrs. Chika Macfarlane, a 45-year-old mother of two lovely girls, ages 12 and 11. I am a teacher at Olive Grove Academy, a private primary school in the capital city of Enugu. My husband has been battling Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) for nearly two years now. Recently, a generous sponsor offered to help with his kidney transplant. However, doctors advise that he needs to achieve optimal health before undergoing the procedure.
