Campaign Story

On the 14th of october, i will be 20 years. Growing up as a teenager was not so easy for me, the pressure from parents, society, friends and even self made this phase of my life tough. I made terrible mistakes as a teenager, challenges here and there showed up as limiting factors. It was indeed a transitioning phase, but then, i was privileged to come across the right resource that helped me navigate this phase of my life despite the odds. Despite all the pressures that came with being a teenager, it didn’t shrink me, it stretched me instead.
I have come to realize that the teenage phase is a very critical phase in the life of an individual. Unfortunately, most African parents are not helping matters. So, i decided to write a fictional book, sharing how i was able to navigate this phase of my life successfully , how i didn’t allow my mistakes and the ill-treatments from the society and even my parents limit me.
I plan to give as many teenagers out there (those in correctional centres, the less privileged and orphans, those who cannot afford a book, even those who can. Every teenager i come in contact with) this book for free as my birthday gift.
This book is not just for teenagers, all parents also needs a copy of a book that tells them to treat their teenagers.
