A great trivia night is more than just questions; it’s an experience.

We are a team of six(6)organizing “Yentown Trivia Night,” a new, engaging community event designed to bring together residents for a night of fun, competition, and local camaraderie.

• We have curated a variety of themes to add excitement and help us create focused questions. We considered a pop culture theme (e.g., ’90s movies), local lore to attract city residents, or a holiday theme to coincide with the season.
• We used a variety of question formats. Include multimedia rounds with audio clips for a “name that tune” section or images for a “guess the landmark” round. For teams that tie, a fun, quick tie-breaker challenge is created. Spot prizes to the audience for things like the best team name was added.

How will we use the money to achive our idea?

We intend using the money to get the word out.

• Social Media: Use our awesome designs to create compelling posts and stories on platforms like Instagram. Encourage people to share the event and tag their friends.
• Local Partnerships: Collaborate with local businesses such as coffee shops, bars, or bookstores. They can display our flyers, and we can promote them in our social media posts.
• Community Engagement: Post on local Facebook groups, community notice boards, or event websites.
• Offer Incentives: Entice people to sign up early with early bird ticket prices or a discount for a large team.

Finding the Right Venue

Using the money to acquire the right location. Because the right location can make or break the event.

• Host at a Popular Spot: Consider a local bar, a restaurant with a private room, or a community hall.
• Check the Essentials: We have to ensure the venue has enough space for teams to sit comfortably and a good sound system. The location should also be easy to access, with convenient parking or public transport options.

Manage Sponsors & Tickets

• Finding Sponsors: Approach local businesses whose brand aligns with our event. They might sponsor prizes in exchange for brand promotion.
• Ticket Sales: Use a reliable online ticketing platform to handle registrations and payments. This makes it easy to track attendance and sell different ticket tiers, such as discounted tickets for a full team.
