Campaign Story

Hello, my name is Suleman Aneru, an avid traveler who is passionate about showcasing the various amazing stories around the world.

I recently visited Makoko, the largest floating slum community in Africa and met with a young man who is helping to build schools and orphanages for the children in the community.

They currently have a school that accommodates 400 indigent children and they are constructing another school with a similar capacity.

They need more support from everyone of us and I have taken it upon myself to contribute my own money, but that would not be enough to complete the project, which is why I have set up this fundraiser with the hope we can all collectively support this community and help take more kids off the streets into classroom.

I created a detailed YouTube video of my experience with the children in Makoko who paddle their canoes everyday to a floating school just to learn. Please donate generously and you would be making the world a better place.
