Hello! My name is Imo David, and I’m part of a growing movement to build a creative hub for young people in Africa, a space where talents can be discovered, skills can be developed, and stories that inspire hope and positive change can be created through media.
From a young age, I’ve been passionate about storytelling — using film, video, and digital media not just to entertain, but to empower people, teach values, uplift, and spread hope.
Along this journey, I’ve seen how creativity can transform lives. I’ve watched young people grow in confidence when given a platform. I’ve seen stories heal, inspire, and open new possibilities.
Over the past few years too, I’ve had the privilege of producing short films, podcasts, and other media projects that have touched lives, trained young creatives, and helped people discover their God-given talents.
This is why we are now taking the next step: building a creative studio and training space that will serve as a hub for young creatives — especially those who don’t have access to equipment, mentorship, or opportunity.
This hub will allow us to:
- Produce high-quality, inspirational, and faith-based content consistently
- Train young creatives in filmmaking, media production, and storytelling
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for creativity, growth, and purpose
- Share stories that stories that uplift, educate, entertain and inspire the world
This project is extremely important to me because I believe media has the power to shape minds and change lives. Too much of what we see today in entertainment promotes negativity or hopelessness.
We want this hub to be a place where:
- Young people feel seen and heard
- Talents are nurtured, not ignored
- Creativity is used for good
- Stories become tools for impact

- Equipment: Basic Cameras, lighting, audio gear, and editing tools
- Studio Space: Renovation and setup to make a professional production environment
- Content Production: Pilot projects, short films, and podcasts to launch our platform
- Training Programs: Workshops for young creatives to build skills and confidence
