Hello, my name is Testimony, and I’m reaching out for help. I’m a Nigerian citizen in urgent need of Peptic ulcer surgery which is a medical procedure done to treat serious complications like bleeding, perforation, or blockage caused by stomach or duodenal ulcers when medications are no longer effective. Without this surgery, my condition may worsen, affecting my quality of life and ability to care for myself and loved ones.   The estimated cost of the surgery is ₦550,000, which is beyond my current financial means.
