Campaign Story
We are raising ₦12 million to fund urgent, life-saving breast cancer treatment for Oguntegbe Ayodele’s wife, a courageous woman who has already endured so much in her fight against this disease. In 2023, shortly after learning she was pregnant with their first child—after seven years of trying—she was diagnosed with breast cancer. Despite the diagnosis, she bravely underwent treatment while carrying her baby to term. In January 2025, she had surgery at LASUTH, and her family hoped the worst was over. Sadly, during a recent follow-up, doctors confirmed that the cancer has returned and is growing again. Her medical team has now recommended immediate targeted drug therapy to stop the cancer from spreading. This treatment is her best—and only—chance of survival. However, it comes at a steep cost of ₦1.3 million per month, and she will need to continue the therapy for at least 12 months, bringing the total required to ₦12 million. This is an overwhelming financial burden for her family, and they cannot carry it alone. Every contribution—no matter the amount—will bring her closer to receiving the critical care she needs. Your donation will directly fund her medication and associated medical expenses, giving her the opportunity to beat cancer again and live to raise her miracle child. Please join us in giving her hope, healing, and life. Together, we can make a difference. Donate today. Share widely. Help save a mother’s life.
