OUR MAIN OBJECTIVES ARE;
To build, from the ground up, an inclusive Flag Football League that
sponsors all levels of play, including youth and professional players,
creating a structured pathway for talent development in Nigeria;
To highly value volunteerism, fostering growth of the game and providing
support of every League member both on and off the field;
To dedicate ourselves to the creation of a professional AFFL organization
with the highest quality coaching staff and passionate, engaged members
who will support its growth, setting a new standard for flag football in
Nigeria and across Africa;
To leverage flag football as a tool for youth empowerment, crime
prevention, and social cohesion by providing structured sports programs
that engage young Nigerians in positive and productive activities.
To develop teams that will attract lucrative investment into the
organization.
To establish Nigeria as a regional hub for flag football by hosting premier
competitions, attracting international attention, and providing Nigerian
players with global opportunities
