Campaign Story

KOMSA 2022 Primary and Secondary school Public Health Outreach and Awareness Campaign FUNDRAISER. In line with the aims and objectives of the association, to contribute to the health care in the state. KOMSA will be reaching out to schools within Kogi State with the aim of improving and extending the reach of health care through health education. Health Education help students learn skills to make healthy choices throughout their lifetime. Effective health education results in positive change in the behavior of students to alcohol, tobacco and other narcotics use thereby reducing the abuse of these substances. Health education also enlightens students on the importance of mental and emotional health, nutrition, prevention of diseases as well as sex education. We hope to reach at least 30 schools within Kogi state. Thank you for your generous support. Â
