MEDICAL_REPORT (2)My dear only brother,Isaac is the beacon of our family, sole support, and the rock upon which we’ve leaned since the devastating loss of our parents. He has recently been diagnosed of leukaemia and we have  poured every ounce of our strength, every resource at our disposal, into his fight against leukemia. We have been sacrificing time, energy, and finance in pursuit of his health and well-being. Yet, despite our  efforts and  sacrifices made, his condition has shown little improvement.It has affected every aspect of our lives, draining us emotionally  and stretching our financial resources to their breaking point. We have been forced to make huge sacrifices to save my brother.But now, we find ourselves  grappling with the harsh reality that we cannot shoulder this burden alone. The cost of Joseph treatment continues to increase and the strain it places on our family is reaching a breaking point. We are humbly reaching out to our community, to friends, to strangers who may be moved by our plight, in the hope that together, we can provide my brother Joseph with the lifeline he so desperately needs.Your contribution, no matter how small, whether it be in prayers or finance has the power to make a difference in our lives.  With your support, we can ensure that Joseph receives the care, the treatment, and the love he deserves as he continues to wage his this battle against leukemia.From the depths of our hearts, we thank you for your kindness, your generosity and your willingness to stand with us in this darkest of hours.
