Please sir i need your help sir/ma

I got admission in Nord university Norway  to study BA  Film and Tv production but  i was ask to pay an amount of money  into the account the university created for me to be able to apply for Students resident permit and the deadline to do that is may 31st please help me sir  i have no one except God. Please help me sir. My parents are really poor and i dont want to miss this admission opportunity sir to study abroad.
