Fundraiser for Eric’s Brain Cancer Surgery – Every Minute Counts!

This fundraising campaign is being organized to help Eric, my brave little nephew, who is autistic and has recently been diagnosed with three cancerous brain tumors for which he requires very expensive surgery.
In addition to the brain tumors, Eric was diagnosed with Hydrocephalus, a condition in which excess cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) builds up within the ventricles (fluid-containing cavities) of the brain, and may increase pressure within the head. He also has multiple cystic and enhancing nodules.

In spite of it all, Eric is an extremely talented, ambitious and very cheerful boy. A testament to the resiliency and unbridled spirit of our youth, Eric can light up any room with his funny smile. His favorite times are mostly spent with his family, and inside the daycare to help his friends.

Eric is now 32 days in the hospital, along with the three days in the ICU when he was hospitalized. His operation is scheduled for May 15, 2019, and the estimated cost of his surgery and medical bills is expected to top $110,000.
Any amount will be a big help for him; he’s a very sweet and loving boy, and I assure you that your donations can literally help change his life! Please reach into your hearts by reaching out to little Eric, and helping him fight the battle of his life…for his life.

Thank you all so much, and God bless you for your kindness and contributions; both are most appreciated.
