I am excited to announce to you that I have been accepted to participate in the Seventh Edition of the International Youth Diplomacy Conference (IYDC-ACCRA, 2022) as a delegate from 19TH JULY TO 22ND JULY 2022 and to also appeal for your financial support to attend the conference. The International Youth Diplomacy Conference (IYDC–ACCRA, 2022) is an innovation of the Model United Nations Conference that brings together youth from across Africa to discuss pertinent issues of global interest. It is a simulation of the United Nations General Assembly, Security Council, and other agencies under the United Nations. It also has social projects that build in delegate volunteering and community development leadership skills. IYDC connects young people to global opportunities and builds a global network as you explore the beautiful city of Accra. Attending the conference will spur my involvement in applying innovative ideas to intelligently solve pressing issues while engaging more in policy and decision making for good governance, as well as providing me a platform for visibility and connecting with other nationalities. This will also build my capacity for personal and career development which will enhance the level of my productivity at both local and international levels.
