LYNC’s upcoming project “From Me To You” is an Extended Play featuring a melodic blend of various genres in order to highlight the versatility of the artist and also introduce his style of music. The genres explored includes Hip Hop/Rap, Trap, R&B, Soul and Emo Rap.   The central theme of the EP is Romance. The EP tells a tale of love from the start through several stages including breakup and reconciliation. The production is expected to be backed up with a short movie in order to vividly express with examples, the themes explored in the EP.   However, there would be no one to listen if these songs were not written…produced at its best quality…marketed and promoted adequately to reach and impact a wide range of audience. Therefore, there is need to raise adequate financing in order to back up these excellent projects. TRACK SYNOPSIS 

PHASE ONE (FROM ME)

1) BROKEN BEFORE:

“Everytime I’ve tried this thing, this heart has been broken before 

Are you gonna come heal me this time? Never ment it before.”

 

The song opens the first phase of the EP by introducing a paradox between the fear of entering a new relationship as a result of past heartbreaks and the excitement of entering a new relationship despite the fears. 

 

2)DID YOU WRONG:

“I’m in a world where there’s no you, I used to promise to give you…”

 

This is a very emotional song expressing regrets after causing a major heartbreak and a profound apology for causing so much pain. The song closes the first phase of the EP.

 

INTERLUDE 

3)I’LL STILL BE HERE:

“It don’t matter anywhere you are, I’ll be waiting for the time you’ll call

And it don’t matter how far you are, for I’ll be waiting…I’m waiting for you still…”

 

This song acts as the interlude in the EP. It’s a response song in which the lover sends a response claiming that despite the hurt and the pain, the love is tenacious and deep-reaching.

 

PHASE TWO (TO YOU)

4)LIKE YOU DO:

“No one could love me like you do…I know this much is true.”

 

This song opens the second phase of the EP and serves as the introduction of a new realization, that “no one could love me like you do.”

 

5)NOTHING FEELS LIKE HOME:

“Nothing feels like home, that I’m here with you.”

 

This song drives it all home. Right at this point, there’s so much joy emanating from the realization that brought the reconciliation.

 

However, the album is not just storytelling and romance show, the key messages and metaphors would be explained after the project.
